He helped his wife take her own life, and now his sentence will set a precedent

It’s the case of a man who encouraged his wife to kill herself and stood to gain her $1.4 million life insurance. Regardless of the decision in the Supreme Court today, it will set a national precedent for the conviction of aiding and counselling suicide.
